How far in advance should we reach out? Most couples reach out six to eighteen months in advance, especially for peak season dates. Availability moves quickly though, so we always recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date or even a general idea in mind.

How do we officially book you?

A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer secure your date. Once both are completed, you're officially on our calendar.

Do you travel?

Always. From Montana to anywhere in the world, travel is always welcome. Travel costs are outlined clearly before booking and are not included unless stated.

Documentary inspired and intentional. We focus on real moments, genuine connection, and how your day actually feels rather than heavy posing or staged direction.

 Completely. Most couples feel this way at first. Our approach is calm, guided, and natural so you can stay present rather than perform. You never need to know what to do. We got you.

Do you use shot lists?

We don't work from rigid shot lists. We focus on storytelling and moments as they unfold, but we're always happy to note important family dynamics or meaningful priorities ahead of time.

How involved are you in planning and timeline?

 Very. We help with timeline flow, location guidance, lighting considerations, and logistics so your day feels intentional and unrushed. Timeline guidance is also part of what we do and we'll help you shape something that feels intentional and unrushed well before your special day.

Who will be photographing and filming our day?

 Always us, from planning through delivery!

What coverage options do you offer?

We offer full day and multi day coverage for both weddings and elopements, available as video only or combined photo and film.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Every celebration is different. Full day coverage works well for most timelines while multi day coverage is ideal for larger celebrations or weekend long events. We help guide this decision during planning so nothing important gets missed.

Do you help with elopement planning?

Absolutely. We assist with location ideas, timeline pacing, lighting considerations, and logistics to help your elopement feel seamless and completely intentional from start to finish.

Are permits or location fees included?

Permits and location fees are not included unless stated. We will always help guide you through what may be required for your chosen location well before your date.

Do you work with planners and other vendors?

Yes. We collaborate closely with planners, coordinators, venues, and vendor teams to make sure everything flows smoothly and nothing important gets missed.

How many photos will we receive?

Image counts vary by coverage and are outlined clearly with each package. Every gallery is carefully curated to tell the full story of your day.

When will we receive our photos and films?

Delivery timelines are shared in your contract and vary by season and coverage type. Sneak peek galleries are delivered within 48 hours and video teasers within one week when applicable.

Do you deliver raw footage or unedited images?

No. Final deliverables only. Everything you receive reflects our full editing and storytelling process.

Do you capture ceremony and speeches in full?

Yes, always. No matter which collection you book, your ceremony and speeches are fully recorded on your big day. Whether you receive them as a standalone delivered film depends on your collection. Full ceremony and speeches films are included in select packages and can be added to any others through our a la carte menu.

What is your payment structure?

We offer flexible payment plans depending on your coverage. Final payment is always due ninety days before your event date.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer a pay in full discount and a five percent discount for healthcare workers, military, first responders, and teachers.

What happens if it rains or plans change?

We plan for it. Weather and unexpected changes are part of real life and we adapt coverage as needed. Some of the most meaningful moments happen in imperfect conditions.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide documentation upon request.

What happens after we inquire?

We respond personally within a few days with availability, next steps, and time to get on a call if it feels like a good fit.
